mindy possesses the impressive super power to ride the wedding planning wave as it comes, keeping everything in perspective + not let all the crazy that comes with planning get in her way. this meant that she was feeling fine and well when it came to handling wedding related stress, but she was most wanting a fitness and nutrition plan to help her stay on track towards her goal of walking down the aisle looking and feeling incredible.
together, mindy & i created her wedding ready plan in a google doc which we can both collaborate, communicate and make edits into throughout the next several months. mindy also happens to be one of the most generous humans + has offered to give a peek into what her plan looks like for the upcoming month.
each month presents the opportunity for new goals + new commitments based off of how the previous month went, how many weeks away the wedding is, and what's going on in mindy's life that we might want to consider when creating her commitments.
knowing that mindy wants to focus on her upper body, i sent her a series of fitness videos on youtube that she can easily do at home with a light set of dumbbells on days where she might be pressed for time or not feeling a full body workout. below is one of these from a favorite boston trainer of mine, sarah dussault:
